A house intimately linked to Sierre
Since its foundation by Léopold Imesch and Marie de Chastonay in 1898, Maison Imesch has maintained a deep connection with Sierre and the sun-drenched slopes of Valais central.
The house was built around a vineyard located exclusively in the Sierre region, on plots carefully chosen for their exposure and potential.
Some vines, over fifty years old, produce grapes of great concentration and remarkable finesse.
The sun, emblem of the city of Sierre, naturally adorns the labels of the Soleil d’Or range, symbolizing this unique relationship between climate, vine, and wine.
In 2003, Imesch joined Rouvinez.

The Soleil d’Or range brings together the great grape varieties cultivated on the best terroirs of the Sierre region. Petite Arvine, Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, and Pinot Noir express the richness of the Valais climate and the sunny identity of the house.

Inspired by the warmth and generosity of Valais, Soleterno is an intense and solar blend, designed as a wine for pleasure and sharing.
Made from perfectly ripe grapes, it reveals a full body, aromas of ripe black fruits, and delicately woody notes.
