Our organic philosophy

7/05/2019

For the past ten years, the Famille Rouvinez has been committed to working as many estates as possible according to organic guidelines.

This long process was like an apprenticeship in vineyard work, with difficult experiences and others that were very rewarding. Speaking of rewards, it is now, in April and May, that our three new organic wines* are released:

  • The Syrah Crêta-Plan and the Merlot St-Marcel are now both organic in conversion*. For the occasion, the Famille Rouvinez has taken the liberty of slightly modifying the profile of these two wines. Indeed, so concentrated and powerful, these two nectars spent several months in barrels. Intense fruity fragrances mingle delicately with slightly smoky notes.
  • Nez Noir, our new red blend, is also organic in conversion*.

The Famille Rouvinez will be delighted to introduce you to these three nectars during the upcoming open cellar days.

* organic in conversion as of the 2017 vintage
