Le nom Nez Noir tire son origine de notre troupeau de moutons du m\u00eame nom, reflet de notre engagement pour une viticulture durable.<\/p>\n

Chaque printemps, nos moutons Nez Noir paissent paisiblement dans nos vignes, permettant un entretien naturel du sol, favorisant la biodiversit\u00e9 et limitant l\u2019usage de machines et d\u2019intrants chimiques. Lorsque la vigne commence \u00e0 pousser, nos moutons sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9s vers notre prairie extensive de Cr\u00eatillon, dans la r\u00e9gion sierroise, avant de migrer vers les hauteurs alpines.<\/p>\n

Committed to organic viticulture, we launched Nez Noir in 2019, with a first red blend from the Cr\u00eata Plan and Clos St. Marcel terroirs. This powerful and balanced wine enhances Merlot, Gamaret and Syrah thanks to natural vinification.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In 2019, a saign\u00e9e gave birth to Nez Noir Ros\u00e9, a fresh and fruity wine with aromas of wild berries and exotic notes. In 2020, the range was expanded with Nez Noir Blanc, which combines Petite Arvine, Heida and Johannisberg.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In 2022, in response to an exceptional harvest, we created an exceptional barrel-aged cuv\u00e9e: Nez Noir R\u00e9serve.<\/p>\n

Finally, in 2025, Nez Noir Blanc became a pure Petite Arvine, a tribute to the Valais terroir… and the range took a new step forward with the launch of the first Nez Noir beer, a Premium Organic Lager, brewed in Switzerland with Valais hops and pure water from the Trient glacier.<\/p>\n

Like the iconic grape varieties Arvine and Cornalin, the Black Nose sheep of Upper Valais is a \u2018native\u2019 breed and 100% Valaisan. Thanks to their robustness and thick wool, they are particularly well adapted to the harsh climatic conditions of the region.<\/p>\n

Long threatened with extinction, it has enjoyed a resurgence of interest since the British crowned it \u2018The Cutest Sheep in the World\u2019. Today, it is exported to Great Britain, New Zealand and the United States. And, of course, to the vineyards of Clos St Marcel and Cr\u00eata Plan!<\/p>\n
