Hors Norme, a frank and sincere natural wine, born of passion and respect for life. Made from Merlot and Gamaret grapes, it is vinified without sulfites or added yeast, following only the grape’s natural cycle to deliver a pure, raw and authentic expression of terroir.<\/p>\n

On the nose, it seduces with its intensity and greediness, with an explosion of bright red fruit enhanced by subtle woody notes. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, juicy and deliciously generous.<\/p>\n

True to our commitment to more sustainable viticulture, we offer this wine in returnable bottles and reusable wooden crates. Because it’s possible to combine pleasure, common sense and respect for the environment.<\/p>\n

Return them to Colline de G\u00e9ronde or Caveau de Martigny, and receive 50 ct per bottle returned.<\/p>\n

A simple gesture to reduce waste and protect the environment, while continuing our commitment to nature.<\/p>\n

A reusable crate<\/h2>\n

\nAs part of our commitment to more sustainable viticulture, we have opted for wooden crates from the Val d’Illiez, carefully crafted by the Fondation Saint-Hubert in Sion.<\/p>\n

Reusable and returnable, they can be returned for CHF 15 or filled with new bottles.<\/p>\n

An eco-responsible choice that promotes local craftsmanship and know-how.<\/p>\n
