Cette ligne de vin magnifie la politique de vins de domaines mise en place par la famille depuis ses d\u00e9buts. Ils sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s m\u00e9ticuleusement durant 12 mois en foudres de ch\u00eane suisse.<\/p>\n En 2017, une id\u00e9e un peu folle voit le jour. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Valais, une bi\u00e8re s\u2019est litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab \u00e9chapp\u00e9e \u00bb d\u2019une cave valaisanne. Sous l\u2019impulsion de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric et en partenariat avec les brasseurs li\u00e9geois de Curtius, les Domaines Rouvinez lancent \u00ab l\u2019Echapp\u00e9e \u00bb, une bi\u00e8re brass\u00e9e \u00e0 Martigny dans le plus pur style des grandes bi\u00e8res belges. <\/span>D\u00e8s son lancement, cette bi\u00e8re unique est distingu\u00e9e lors des World Beer Awards et obtient le titre de \u00ab champion suisse \u00bb dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab Belgian Pale Ale \u00bb. En plus de cette reconnaissance pour la qualit\u00e9 du produit, L\u2019Echapp\u00e9e se voit d\u00e9cerner le prix du meilleur design suisse.<\/p>\n Enfin en 2019, les Domaines Rouvinez se d\u00e9marquent dans le monde des vins bio avec leur gamme Nez Noir, un assemblage rouge bio. L\u2019histoire de ce vin est intimement li\u00e9e au troupeau de moutons Nez Noir du Haut-Valais qui viennent pa\u00eetre chaque ann\u00e9e dans les vignobles bio de la famille. The launch of Tourmentin in 1983 marked a minor revolution in the Valais wine industry. The first Valais wine to be aged entirely in traditional oak barrels, from the 1988 vintage onwards it became the first Valais blend to incorporate the canton’s great specialities: Cornalin, Humagne Rouge and Syrah. For the first time in the Valais, a beer literally \u2018escaped\u2019 from a Valais cellar. Under Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric’s impetus and in partnership with the Li\u00e8ge brewers Curtius, Domaines Rouvinez launched Echapp\u00e9e, a beer brewed in Martigny in the purest style of the great Belgian beers. As soon as it was launched, this unique beer was honoured at the World Beer Awards, winning the title of \u2018Swiss Champion\u2019 in the \u2018Belgian Pale Ale\u2019 category. developed by his two sons, Dominique and Jean-Bernard, both winegrowers and oenologists. The family tradition has continued with the arrival of V\u00e9ronique Besson-Rouvinez, who is responsible for oenology and quality, Philippe Rouvinez, who is in charge of sales, and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Rouvinez, who is in charge of vineyard management and administration. In fact, the launch of Tourmentin in 1983 marked a minor revolution in the Valais winemaking landscape. The first Valais wine to be matured entirely in traditional oak barrels, in 1988 it became the first Valais blended wine to include the canton’s great specialities, Cornalin, Humagne Rouge and Syrah. For the first time in the Valais, a beer literally \u2018escaped\u2019 from a Valais cellar. Under Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric’s impetus and in partnership with the Li\u00e8ge brewers Curtius, Domaines Rouvinez launched Echapp\u00e9e, a beer brewed in Martigny in the purest style of the great Belgian beers. As soon as it was launched, this unique beer was honoured at the World Beer Awards, winning the title of \u2018Swiss Champion\u2019 in the \u2018Belgian Pale Ale\u2019 category.
