Hors Norme, ein ehrlicher und aufrichtiger Naturwein, der aus Leidenschaft und Respekt f\u00fcr das Lebendige entsteht. Er besteht aus Merlot und Gamaret<\/strong> und wird ohne Sulfite oder zugesetzte Hefen vinifiziert. Er folgt einzig und allein dem nat\u00fcrlichen Zyklus der Trauben, um einen reinen, rohen und authentischen Ausdruck des Terroirs zu liefern.<\/p>\n

In der Nase verf\u00fchrt er durch seine Intensit\u00e4t und seinen Genuss, mit einer Explosion von lebhaften roten Fr\u00fcchten, gew\u00fcrzt mit subtilen Holznoten. Am Gaumen ist er vollmundig, saftig und von einer schmackhaften Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigkeit, die nicht schummelt.<\/p>\n
